Peachtree Audio’s Service Department will close for 30 days, beginning July 21st in order to accommodate moving our warehouse and service department to the East Coast. The Service Department will re-open on August 21st.

    All service units received by July 7th will be processed and repaired. If we receive your unit after July 7th, we will do our best to repair and ship it back to you before we close on the 21st - but we are not able to guarantee this.

    We will continue to respond to emails and voicemails as promptly as possible. However, please expect delays the week of July 24th thru July 30th.

    Apple iOS update 10.3.3 appears to have resolved this. We recommend updating as soon as possible.

    Apple iOS 10.3 software update issue

    Apple's release of the iOS 10.3 software update for the iPad, iPhone and iPod has affected the operation of some accessories, including the Lightning-to-USB adapter cable (Camera Connection Kit). This may cause an issue where the audio will not play on your connected component, but the track will still show as playing on the Apple device. DACs in the nova300, nova150 and shift may be affected. You may wish to wait for the next release of iOS 10 before updating. Apple is aware of the issue.
