I’ve had the Peachtree Carina stack for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Before this, I owned a Peachtree Nova 220SE for over 12 years. That amplifier was rock-solid reliable and sounded excellent the entire time. I had absolutely no complaints about it and never really thought I would replace it.

However, when I saw the opportunity to move to the Carina stack, I decided to take the leap—and I’m very glad I did.

As impressed as I was when I first got the Nova years ago, this upgrade delivered just as big of a “wow” moment. Every element of the sound has improved. There’s more clarity, better separation, tighter bass, and an overall sense that the system is working with greater ease and authority.

What really stood out to me is that this setup seems to unlock the true capability of my speakers. They sound more alive, more dynamic, and more refined than they ever did before.

And on a lighter note—the meters look pretty cool too. They add a great visual touch that makes the system feel special every time I sit down to listen.

A good place to start is certainly with Andrew. The man's a mensch! He had the patience - tolerance may be a better descriptor - to answer myriad inquiries, ultimately nudging me in the direction of Stereo X. In my defence, i was always told that there are no stupid questions...
For years now, class d has piqued my curiosity, and Peachtree, with its retro aesthetics, was particularly alluring. Ironically, my discussions lead me away from the Carina 300 to Stereo X, with its clean, distinctively modern look, which i dig.
However, its appearance belies its performance. Never before have i had an amp that rewards at every level, as advertised, as this one does. In my humble opinion, it delivers on all of those hifi hallmarks, while laying down an infectious groove. It has even reminded my KEF R5's that they are able to go deeper than they have ever! Frankly speaking, this sleek machine is my end game amp. Kudos to the team at Peachtree. And Andrew, thanks for the nudge.

Just received my DBS man was I surprised how great it sounded I’m totally impressed would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying one by the way it’s half off great deal looks brand new sounds brand new thanks Peachtree and thank you Andrew for your help.

The new remote is simple to use, and came preprogrammed, with notes specifying which new buttons control the Nano features: power, mute, +/- for volume, 1..8 for the channels, and 9 for the tube.

Note: Be careful not to use any of the other buttons on the new remote. Some alter the programming. I mistakenly pressed one of them, and then had to press the blue DVD button to restore the correct programming.

I've been using a Nova 300 for years, and pulled the trigger on this amp. I was worried I might not notice a difference, but, I shouldn't have.

The bass was particularly enhanced. So much so, that I haven't even hooked up my subwoofer. My current speakers are Totem Tribe Towers and they really like the extra power available to them.

I paired the X2 with the new Eversolo Z-10 and that also has worked out very well.

Moving up from the GaN 400 to the Carina X2 I was hoping for a nice improvement, and I was not disappointed. On first listen I could tell the two mono amps inside made a big difference controlling my KEF R7 Metas. They sounded more dynamic, better transients, effortless, and tighter. And this is before proper burn-in. Glad I made the move. Highly recommended.

I have probably barely broken into the Power X after some 40 hours of use but it delivers great minds on my Sophia. Probably a bit sharp on the tweeters but I think that could smooth itself out over time

The GAN 1 had to replace my "1992" Accuphase E205. All the input and tone control selectors are completely worn out. The GAN 1 is supposed to drive my "2002" KEF Reference Three-Two (4 ohm) speakers. The Peachtree does what I expected to do: tighter and cleaner bass, crisper treble, and more detail.
The significantly lower power consumption compared to the Accuphase is also a nice bonus.
The WiiM Ultra streams music via ROON and TIDAL.
Extremely satisfied with my simple and powerful system. The GAN 1 does justice to my old speakers.
Curious what a better streamer/internet filter/coaxial isolator would do?
Being an audiophile is a never-ending story...

My third product from a different company to fail, did not want to waste money on a forth peace of equipment and the cost of other ones where way to high.
Did a bit of research, remembered this company from the audio shows i have been to.
Could not be happier with my purchase, quality build great sale price and no back braking weight.
Dead quiet noise floor plenty of power to drive any speaker i could think of.
Would recommend peachtree to anyone looking for an amp.

Upgraded from Nova 220SE and wow, what an improvement. Great clarity, soundstage and separation.
