Refund Policy
We have a 30-day, no-hassle, return policy, which means you have up to 30 days from delivery of your item to request a return for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in including all of the accessories and the original packaging. Please keep everything you received for at least 30 days!
To request a return, please email us at orders@peachtreeaudio.com.
For US based customers, once your return is approved- a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you along with instructions on where to bring the package for shipping.
For Customer outside the US, the customer is responsible for a portion of the return shipping cost. Once we received your return request, we will work with you to provide shipping information and instructions.
Items shipped back to us without a prior return approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have inspected your item and initiated the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days from receipt of the item until the email is sent and an additional few days until the refund appears on your payment account. This is normal and varies by payment method but once you receive a confirmation email from us, your return is being processed and everything is proceeding as expected.
Order Cancellations
