    USB audio not working after Windows 10 update?

    If you are experiencing problems with USB audio on one of these Peachtree products, please re-install the Peachtree USB X audio driver.

    • X1 USB to SPDIF Converter (purchased April 2015 or earlier)
    • Grand Integrated X-1

    Re-install ONLY if you are using one of the above Peachtree Audio products. Instructions for Re-installing Peachtree X Driver in Windows 10

    IMPORTANT! You must remove all Peachtree files from your computer's Control Panel before re-installing the Peachtree X driver.

    To play back music files from a Windows PC on your nova300, nova150, sonaDAC or shift download and install Peachtree USB audio driver
    Note: Do not connect the nova300, nova150, sonaDAC or shift to your computer until the installer asks for it to be plugged in and switched on.

    Here are instructions and download links for installing Peachtree Audio 24/192 USB audio drivers for Windows 10, Windows 8 and Windows 7. These drivers should be installed before streaming audio via your Windows PC's USB connection to the llisted Peachtree components ONLY.

    IMPORTANT: Before installing driver be sure that the switch on the rear panel of your amplifier is set to the 192K position (push the switch “in”). The installation will fail if it is set to the 96K (“out”) position. (Does not apply to DAC•iT X and X1)
